Product Pricing, Market Volatility, & Availability
- Market Pricing: Prices for Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products and imported collectibles are highly subject to market volatility. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Price Adjustments: We do not offer price matching or retroactive refunds if a product’s price decreases after you complete your purchase.
Pre-Order & Allocation Terms
- Supplier Reductions: Pokémon product allocations are strictly managed by manufacturers and overseas distributors. On rare occasions, suppliers may cut our expected inventory quantities without warning.
- Fulfillment Limitations: If our allocation is reduced by a supplier, orders will be fulfilled chronologically based on purchase timestamps.
- Partial Fulfillments & Refunds: If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to supplier cuts, we will notify you immediately and issue a full 100% refund for the unfulfilled portion. MiNi Collects is not liable for any further compensation due to product shortages.
- Lock-In Status: Because allocations are locked in financially with our suppliers, pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged by the customer once placed.
Multi-Vendor Listings & Third-Party Actions
- Shopify Collective: We partner with independent third-party vendors via the Shopify Collective network to display and fulfill specific products.
- Liability Boundaries: While we carefully vet our partners, MiNi Collects is not directly responsible for fulfillment delays, packaging variances, or inventory errors caused by these external vendors. However, our support team will act as a liaison to help resolve any vendor disputes on your behalf.
Import Tariffs, Compliance, & Abandonment
- Legal Importation: By placing an order for goods sourced from overseas, you authorize the carrier to act as your agent with US Customs and Border Protection to clear the merchandise.
- Refusal of Payment: If you refuse to pay government-mandated customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, and the package is returned to us, it is classified as an unauthorized return.
- Abandonment Penalty: Unauthorized returns are strictly subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable return freight charges. If the local carrier destroys the package due to non-payment of tariffs rather than returning it, no refund will be issued.
Chargebacks, Friendly Fraud, and Payment Disputes
- Policy Agreement: By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to our Shipping Policy, FAQ, and these Terms of Service.
- Dispute Mitigation: You agree to contact our customer support team directly to resolve any issues before opening a formal chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or payment processor.
- Fraud Prevention: In cases of "friendly fraud" (e.g., opening a chargeback for a delivery that has tracking verification or was signed for under our $500 signature rule), MiNi Collects will aggressively contest the dispute using your checkout timestamp, IP logs, and signed delivery receipts.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to permanently blacklist any customer, shipping address, or payment profile associated with fraudulent dispute filings.
Product Condition & Cosmetic Damage Disclaimer
- Mint Packaging Disclaimer: We do not guarantee "mint condition" exterior packaging on any items.
- Cosmetic vs. Functional Damage: Factory shrink-wrap tears, scuffs, minor creases, or dented corners on booster boxes or retail packaging are common during international transit.
- Internal Contents Shielded: Cosmetic flaws to outer packaging do not impact the usability or condition of the sealed internal contents (e.g., individual booster packs, cards, or game pieces).
- Exclusion From Refunds: Items with minor exterior cosmetic imperfections are completely excluded from being classified as damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return Ineligibility: We do not offer returns, partial refunds, store credits, or product replacements for items showing outer packaging wear.
