Domestic Shipping Policy (Imported Pokémon Products)

Scope & Delivery Destinations

  • We ship exclusively to addresses located within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). We do not ship to international addresses.

Carrier & Delivery Timelines

  • Primary Carrier: We ship all orders fulfilled directly by MiNi Collects via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is generated.

Signature Requirements for High-Value Orders

To protect your investment and ensure the safe arrival of rare card sets, premium collectibles, and high-value booster boxes, we enforce strict delivery security measures.

  • Signature Threshold: Any order with a total value of $500 or more will automatically require a Signature Confirmation upon delivery.
  • Delivery Release: The carrier will not leave packages valued over $500 unattended on porches or in mailboxes. An adult at the delivery address must sign for the package.
  • Missed Delivery: If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or local pickup at your nearest post office or carrier facility.

Multi-Vendor Fulfillment & Shopify Collective

To bring you the widest selection of rare and imported Pokémon merchandise, we partner with trusted brand partners through the Shopify Collective program.

  • Allocated Inventory: Some products on our site are allocated from external vendor warehouses separate from MiNi Collects.
  • Different Shipping Partners: While MiNi Collects primarily uses USPS, our Collective partners may use different shipping carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to fulfill their items.
  • Split Shipments: If your order contains items from both MiNi Collects and our Collective partners, your products will arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

Pre-Orders

We frequently offer pre-orders for highly anticipated upcoming Pokémon card sets and specialty import merchandise.

  • Release Dates: Pre-order shipping dates are estimates based on manufacturer timelines and overseas transit schedules. These dates are subject to change due to international supply chain or customs delays.
  • Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item arrives at our warehouse.
  • Separate Shipments: If you want your in-stock items to ship immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
  • Cancellations: Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as allocations are locked in with our overseas suppliers.

Order Processing & Import Origin

  • Origin of Goods: While we only ship to US destinations, many of our specialty Pokémon products are sourced and received directly from overseas (e.g., Japan).
  • Processing Times: In-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days. Specialty items arriving from overseas fulfillment centers may require additional transit time before entering the local carrier network.

Tariffs, Duties, and Additional Costs

Because these items originate from international supply chains, shipments may be subject to import tariffs, customs duties, or carrier clearance fees upon entry into the United States.

  • Buyer’s Expense: All applicable tariffs and customs fees are not included in the listed product price or the shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • Total Cost Impact: These government-imposed fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will increase the final total cost of your item. Fees must be paid by the recipient before the carrier can deliver the package.

Collector-Grade Packaging & Protection

We guarantee that your items are packed securely to survive transit:

  • Sealed Products:
    • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs) are shipped in protective casing and wrapped bubble wrap and shipped in a rigid box 📦
    • Booster Boxes are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a rigid box 📦 
  • Single Cards: All individual cards are placed in penny sleeves, inserted into top loaders, and shipped in reinforced envelope ✉️  to eliminate bending.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned to our warehouse because a buyer refuses to pay the required import tariffs, fails to pick up a package requiring a signature, or provides an incorrect US shipping address, the buyer is responsible for all return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship exclusively to destinations within the United States.Where do your products ship from? While we only deliver to US addresses, many rare Pokémon items come from international locations or partner warehouses.

Why did my order arrive in separate boxes?

We use the Shopify Collective program. Items from different vendors will arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

💰 Tariffs & Extra Fees

Are customs duties included in the price?

No. Import tariffs, local duties, and carrier clearance fees are entirely separate from the checkout price.

Who pays for import tariffs?

The buyer is solely responsible for paying any government-imposed fees before the package can be delivered.

Will tariffs increase the cost of my item?

Yes. These fees vary by item and destination, adding to your overall out-of-pocket cost.📝

Pre-Orders & Combined Orders

Can I cancel my pre-order?

No. Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified because our allocations are locked in with overseas suppliers.

When will my combined order ship?

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

Can I get my in-stock items sooner?

Yes. To receive in-stock items right away, you must purchase them in a separate order from your pre-orders.

Will my package require a signature?

What happens if I miss my signature delivery?

The carrier will leave a slip with redelivery instructions or info on how to pick it up at your local facility.

What if I refuse a package to avoid paying tariffs?

You will be charged for all return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.
