Cancellation Window
- Immediate Processing: Orders enter our fulfillment pipeline immediately after purchase to ensure fast shipping.

30-Minute Grace Period: You may request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing support:
- Email returns@minicollects.com Subject Line: "Cancel Order #.....", inputing your order number.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order status is marked as "Fulfilled" or a tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Processing Fees
- Non-Refundable Transaction Fees: Credit card processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay) do not refund their transaction processing fees to us when an order is canceled.
- Cancellation Fee: Every customer-requested cancellation is subject to a flat 5% cancellation fee to cover these non-refundable merchant costs. This fee will be deducted directly from your total refund.
- Pre-Order Exception: As noted in our Terms of Service, pre-ordered items lock in financial allocations with our overseas suppliers and cannot be canceled at any time.
Cancellations by MiNi Collects
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. Full 100% refunds (with no fees deducted) will be issued if we cancel your order due to:
- Fraud Triggers: Orders flagged as high-risk or fraudulent by our automated Shopify fraud analysis system.
- Inventory Discrepancies: Unexpected stock errors or damaged items that cannot be replaced.
- Bot Activity: Orders detected using automated software, scripts, or bots to bypass purchasing limits on high-demand, limited-edition releases.
